1-2 cans kraut
Ring bologna, kielbasa or other sausage
Mashed Potatoes, prepared
Salt & Pepper
1Drain kraut and spread over bottom of 9X13 pan.
2Cut up bologna and layer over kraut.
3Thaw and drain spinach. Spread over bologna.
4Spread prepared mashed potatoes over spinach. Make sure to cover the whole top layer and extend spuds to sides of pan to form a seal.
5Sprinkle with paprika, salt & pepper.
6Bake @ 350 for 30-40 minutes or until spuds are golden brown.
