1Brown 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and drain off fat
2Place ground beef in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish
3Cover meat with 1 can of Kraut.Sprinkle Kraut with a small amount of brown suger,if desired.
4It is not necessary to drain or rinse Kraut. Add mashed potatoes to cover the casserole.
5Butter the tops of potatoes and bake @350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes.
