1 lg can of sauerkraut
1/2 c celery chopped fine
1/2 c red onion chopped fine
1 bottle (10 to 12 0z) Heintz Chili sauce
A little sugar to taste.... you may not need it
A little seasoned salt....if you like it.
1Mix the ingredients together, omitting the salt and suger.
2Put in a tupperware like container and chill overnight.
3The next day add suger and salt to taste. Some people don't add any
4Let it sit for an hour. If it's hot, put it back in the fridge.
5Serve over brats, hot dogs or hamburgers.
