1 quart sauerkraut[well drained]
1 large pepper[chopped]
1[2 oz.] jar chopped red pimiento
1 large chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 cup sugar
1/2cup salad oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1Mix and let stand overnight in the refrigerate.

This recipe is so easy & very tasty. Classical kraut salad taste
taste is good, can be served alongside dinner
