Sauerkraut Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans sauerkraut
  • package of polish sauage smoked
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons prepared chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method

Step 1

drain sauerkraut. then add water to sauerkraut in a pan to cover. this is to soak for about 20 minutes-- then drain

Step 2

slice sausage into slices slice onions

Step 3

place all ingredients into a greased flat baking dish-- place sausage on the top. dab with butter. bake for 30 minutes at 350.
