Sausage(Octoberfest,Vendor or Smokeys)
1Place desired number of sausage in fry pan,turning until desired effect of browning.
2Rinse desired amount of saurkraut to remove excess salt.(I use my homemade kraut)
3Place saurkraut in pan with sausage and reduce heat until browned to your liking.
4Place frozen pirogies in boiling water, with a bit of butter added, until they rise to the top.
5Chop onions and bacon into oiled pan and sautee.Then put the pirogies into this and fry together until lightly browned.
6Serve hot with favorite veggies.
