2 bags of Frank's Kraut
slab of spearribs
one chopped onion sauteed
1place spearribs in kraut pot and boil ribs till very tender.
2Next pour in kraut with the juice and caraway seeds then cook all day long
3Make a medium brown roux with flour and crisco, add to kraut, add sauteed mushrooms and cook on low for a few more hours or over night.
4The longer you cook Frank's Kraut the better it gets.
