Sour Q’s

1 pound hamburger

14-16 oz your favorite kraut

1/2 cup mayo

2 tbs mustard

1 tbs garlic

1 tbs ground onion

dash of soy sauce

pepper to taste

any favorite seasoning


1All right, get your big skillet out, and spread out the hamburger in the pan

2I know its a sin, but drain most of the juice off, then spread out over hamburger.

3Over medium heat, start dicing up the combo into the size chunks you want, as you would for bbq's

4All the seasonings, can be added while it cooks, hold the mayo and mustard.

5When its cooked to your taste, and most of the extra juice is gone, (you may drain excess off if u prefer).

6Next, add your mayo and mustard and mix well.

7Then take your bun, fill it, top with cheese or black olives, or both and enjoy SOUR Q's
