Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef lean
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs oregano
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 to 8 cans sauerkraut juice
  • 1 to 2 heads cabbage

Method

Step 1

Boil cabbage until it starts to fall apart.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients and roll into the gabbage leaves.

Step 3

Put into a large crockpot and cover with the sauerkraut juice.

Step 4

Cook on low for 8 hrs or till you think it taste the best. Taste best the longer it cooks.
