Stuffed Goose

Ingredients

6 cups Sauerkruat

4cups sliced onion

1 teaspoon Sage

1 teaspoon Thyme

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

3 cups long cooking rice

3 eggs

Directions

1Drain the kraut and slice the onion and mix well together .

2Next mix in the seasonings and then the rice

3Add the eggs all at once.

4Mix everything together an place in the body of the goose.

5Spray the goose with butter flavored pan spray and in a large roaster pan on a rack bake for depending on size of goose at least 5 hours at 325 .

6Remove the lid and brown the goose and remove the dressing a serve on the side and cool the bird and then slice.
