1 lb of ground chuck
1 onion diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can sauerkraut
1 cup instant rice uncooked
4 large green peppers halved
cheese, mozzerella or swiss 1cup
1Brown meat, add onion, salt and pepper to taste,drain meat.
2Add kraut and tomatoes, stir in uncooked rice.
3Spoon mixter in halved green peppers.
4Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
5Sprinkle cheese on top bake for15 min. or until cheese is melted.
