Summer Frank’s kraut Salad

  • Yields: aprox. 5 cups

Ingredients

21 oz. bag of Frank's kraut – drained and NOT rinsed.

1 1/4 cups Sugar

1 small sweet onion chopped - (Vidalia, Texas Sweet or Red)

1/2 red bell pepper – chopped

1/2 green bell pepper – chopped

Directions

1Combine all, refrigerate for 24 hours.

2Lasts for weeks in refrigerator
