6 ounces of fresh corned beef
2 slices marbled Rye bread
2 slices Swiss cheese
4 ounces Frank's Sweet and Mild Frank's Kraut, rinsed and drained
1 ounce Thousand Island dressing
1Toast Rye bread in oven.
2Heat corned beef in water on stove.
3Plate warmed corned beef, top with Frank's Sweet & Mild Frank's kraut, cover with Swiss cheese, place plates in oven until cheese melted.
4Spread Thousand Island dressing on toasted bread.
5Add heated beef, Frank's Kraut and cheese to one slice and cover with the other. Cut in half and plate.
1Broadly cut large potatoes into spears.
2Carefully add to rolling oil on stove.
3Fry until golden brown. Remove from heat to towel, allow oil to drain.
4Place in mixing bowl and toss with salt and pepper.
5Add to plate with sandwich.

Being diabetic, i add lesser sugar, still very tasty for me.
