Tasty Kraut Casserole

2 bags of Frank's Kraut

2 medium onions

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

3 eggs

1 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup milk


1Drain kraut, set aside. Sweat 1 onion and mix with kraut.

2Sweat the other onion, add beef. Drain when browned.

3Wisk 1 egg and return beef to pan, mix in egg. Set aside.

4In a 9x13 pan place half of kraut evenly on bottom, then the beef mixture,then the rest of the kraut.

5Wisk the remaining eggs, milk and yogurt and pour over top.

6Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until lighty browned on top. Serve hot with bread.
