Ingredients

  • 2lbs hamburger
  • 1lb Jimmy dean sausage (hot or mild)
  • 3/4 c rice
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 bag of sauerkraut
  • 1 large cabbage

Method

Step 1

Mix hamburger,sausage,rice,and salt & pepper.

Step 2

Cook large cabbage in a pot rotating to blange the leaves. lay out individually and score the back sides for easy rolling.

Step 3

Roll meat mixture into meatballs and the roll meatballs into the cabbage leaves.

Step 4

Cook in pressure cooker on high heat. Set weight at 15lbs. When pressure builds steam will come out and weight will jiggle.

Step 5

Turn to medium heat and cook for 25 minutes. Let pressure reduce then take out of cooker.
