1lb Jimmy dean sausage (hot or mild)
3/4 c rice
salt & pepper
1 bag of sauerkraut
1 large cabbage
1Mix hamburger,sausage,rice,and salt & pepper.
2Cook large cabbage in a pot rotating to blange the leaves. lay out individually and score the back sides for easy rolling.
3Roll meat mixture into meatballs and the roll meatballs into the cabbage leaves.
4Cook in pressure cooker on high heat. Set weight at 15lbs. When pressure builds steam will come out and weight will jiggle.
5Turn to medium heat and cook for 25 minutes. Let pressure reduce then take out of cooker.
