Ingredients

6 mild Italian Sausages

6 Bratwurst Sausages

1 28 oz jar Bicks Sauerkraut

1 cup red wine

1 medium onion, chopped

8 gloves garlic sliced

4 cloves garlic whole

8 medium potatoes peeled

Directions

1Brown sausages in large skillet.

2Add sauerkraut, onion, sliced garlic and wine.

3Simmer covered 1/2 hour, and uncovered 1/2 hour.

4Cook potatoes with 4 cloves whole garlic so the will be done after the first hour.

5Mash the garlic potatoes with butter and milk.

6Serve sauerkraut mixture over the potatoes.
