Fish
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 cup diced tomatoes, can be canned
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup chopped onion
4 medium orange roughy fillets
4 tbs. Butter
8 tbs. Mayonnaise
4 12-inch squares of foil
- Place a fillet in the center
of each foil, on top of fillet place 2 tbs. Mayonnaise on top of that place
¼ cup of onion, sauerkraut and tomatoes. Finish off with the breadcrumbs
and a pat of butter.
- Fold in the corners of foil
and place the pouches on a cookie-sheet.
- Cook for about 10 minutes
then rotate and continue to cook for about 10 more minutes.
