6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
4 tbs. butter
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
2-½ cup confectioners sugar

1. Melt the chocolate bits with butter on low until smooth.
2. Remove from heat and blend in the sour cream, vanilla and salt.
3. Gradually add the sugar until it is at a spreading consistency. Beat well.
