Sauerkraut Kabach

1 large can sauerkraut
3-1/2 cups flour
1 tspn salt
1 tspn baking soda
1 tspn baking powder
(Optional: baking bits)

  1. Wash sauerkraut and drain in colander.Place flour in bowl. Add salt, baking soda and baking power. Mix together well. If too moist, add a little flour to keep dough together.
     
  2. Spread out on greased and floured cookie sheet. Dough when spread out should be about 1" high. Bake at 15 min. at 375. turn down to 350 and bake another 45-60 min. When done, brush butter on top.
