Swiss & Kraut Sandwicth Servings: 2

heavy dark bread, two large slices
honey mustard, four teaspoons
saurkraut 1/2 cup
four slices deli swiss cheese
bacon drippings
- Fry kraut in spoonfull of drippings until juice is gone and slightly brown,set aside
- spread bread both slices with honey mustard, then top with two slices of swiss, making sure cheese covers the bread.
- spread kraut on top of cheese on one side, not to the edge. place other slice on top so edge s of cheese touch.
- Brush bread with more drippings and grill in heavy skillet untill crisp and cheese melts
- serve with potato salad
