Chicken reuben

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
sauerkraut
1 large bottle of 1000 Island Salad dressing - I use fat free and it tastes great !
sliced swiss cheese
- Spray baking dish with Pam
- Place the chicken in the baking dish
- Cover with sauerkraut
- Top with bottle of 1000 Island Salad Dressing
- Cover with foil and pop in the oven at 350 degrees for 90 minutes
- Top with swiss cheese and allow to melt before serving
- Serve with garlic smashed potatoes, homemade applesauce and dark bread
- ENJOY!!
Prep Time: 10 minutes tops
Cook Time: 350 degrees for 90 minutes
