Chicken reuben

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
sauerkraut
1 large bottle of 1000 Island Salad dressing - I use fat free and it tastes great !
sliced swiss cheese

  1. Spray baking dish with Pam
     
  2. Place the chicken in the baking dish
     
  3. Cover with sauerkraut
     
  4. Top with bottle of 1000 Island Salad Dressing
     
  5. Cover with foil and pop in the oven at 350 degrees for 90 minutes
     
  6. Top with swiss cheese and allow to melt before serving
     
  7. Serve with garlic smashed potatoes, homemade applesauce and dark bread
     
  8. ENJOY!!
     

Prep Time: 10 minutes tops
Cook Time: 350 degrees for 90 minutes
