3-4 lb. roast (beef or pork)
1- 28 oz. jar of sauerkraut
1 bottle bullseye BBQ sauce
- Place roast and sauerkraut into crock pot. Cook 4 hrs on high or 8 hrs on low.
- Drain off excess juice and shred the roast.
- Add one bottle of BBQ sauce. You may want to add back a bit of the juice. Stir well to mix.
- Serve on hoagie type buns.
