1 large onion
1 lb. pulled pork
1 lb. cooked sauerkraut
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
salt spice to taste
- sautee onion in butter or margarine (till browned) using good size teflon skillet.
- reduce to medium heat and sprinkle sauerkraut over the onion.
- sprinkle precooked shreaded pork over the onion and sauerkraut and cook for 10 min. (stir occasionally)
- salt or spice to taste
- add layers of sliced provolone cheese on top of the onion, kraut and pork and cook till the cheese is melted.
- divide and serve as a main or side.
