1 large onion
1 lb. pulled pork
1 lb. cooked sauerkraut
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
salt spice to taste

  1. sautee onion in butter or margarine (till browned) using good size teflon skillet.
     
  2. reduce to medium heat and sprinkle sauerkraut over the onion.
     
  3. sprinkle precooked shreaded pork over the onion and sauerkraut and cook for 10 min. (stir occasionally)
     
  4. salt or spice to taste
     
  5. add layers of sliced provolone cheese on top of the onion, kraut and pork and cook till the cheese is melted.
     
  6. divide and serve as a main or side.
     

Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 15 min.
