½ cup salad oil
½ cup sugar
1 (# 303) can saurkraut (15 oz.)
1 tsp. carraway seeds
1 small jar chopped pimento, drained
- Mix all ingredients together in a pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in a pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into a large jar with a tight lid and chill. Serve as a salad.
Cook Time: 15 minutes; Chill Time: about 4 hours
