2 large cans of Kraut (rinsed and drained)
1 small onion, diced
1 1/2 cup ketsup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Rinse kraut and squeeze.
- Place into 9x13 casserole
- add in onion, ketsup, brown sugar, and caraway seeds.
- Mix together until all the kraut is a deep pink color.
- Kolbasi chunks can be added to top of kraut
- Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30-40 minutes
