2 large cans of Kraut (rinsed and drained)
1 small onion, diced
1 1/2 cup ketsup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon caraway seeds

  1. Rinse kraut and squeeze.
     
  2. Place into 9x13 casserole
     
  3. add in onion, ketsup, brown sugar, and caraway seeds.
     
  4. Mix together until all the kraut is a deep pink color.
     
  5. Kolbasi chunks can be added to top of kraut
     
  6. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
     

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30-40 minutes
