1left over turkey cacass bones etc
green onions , chopped mushrooms
carrots , dried peas , chopped oinion
kraut

1. put turkey carcass and any left over turkey in pot . cover with water and boil .
    
2. when done boiling , stain into another pot.
    
3. add dried green peas or rice or dried beans and boil until done .
    
4. fry mushrooms , oinions until brown. add to tuekey broth .
    
5. add carrots and green oinions. add kraut . cook until done about 10 minuets
