2lbs hamburger
1lb Jimmy dean sausage (hot or mild)
3/4 c rice
salt & pepper
1 bag of saurkrout
1 large cabbage

  1. Mix hamburger,sausage,rice,and salt & pepeper.
     
  2. Cook large cabbage in a pot rotating to blange the leaves. lay out individually and score the back sides for easy rolling.
     
  3. Roll meat mixture into meatballs and the roll meatballs into the cabbage leaves.
     
  4. Cook in pressure cooker on high heat. Set weight at 15lbs. When pressure builds steam will come out and weight will jiggle.
     
  5. Turn to medium heat and cook for 25 minutes. Let pressure reduce then take out of cooker.
     

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
