2lbs hamburger
1lb Jimmy dean sausage (hot or mild)
3/4 c rice
salt & pepper
1 bag of saurkrout
1 large cabbage
- Mix hamburger,sausage,rice,and salt & pepeper.
- Cook large cabbage in a pot rotating to blange the leaves. lay out individually and score the back sides for easy rolling.
- Roll meat mixture into meatballs and the roll meatballs into the cabbage leaves.
- Cook in pressure cooker on high heat. Set weight at 15lbs. When pressure builds steam will come out and weight will jiggle.
- Turn to medium heat and cook for 25 minutes. Let pressure reduce then take out of cooker.

Cook Time: 25 minutes
