Reuben Stromboli Servings: 4

1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
3 TB Thousand Island dressing
8 thin slices Deli corned beef (about 1/3 lb.)
1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Swiss cheese
- Preheat oven to 375º F.
Unroll pizza dough onto a 10" x 15" jelly roll pan. Flatten it and shape into a rectangle.
- Spread the crust with the Thousand Island Dressing,
leaving a 1/2" margin of dough uncovered.
Top with the corned beef, distributing it evenly.
- Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the meat.
Top with the slices of Swiss cheese.
- Roll up the dough, jelly roll style, starting with the long side.
Pinch the seams to seal and place the seam side down.
Pinch both ends of roll to seal.
- Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the roll is golden brown.
Cut into slices to serve.
