Sauerkraut Relish

2 cups sauerkraut, drained
1 cup celery, chopped small
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red pimento, chopped
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
- If you have a grinder, I grind all of the chipped vegetables. Cook vinegar and sugar until it is dissolved. Cool and pour over all ingredients.
- Eat on sandwiches or with cooked meats like a beef or pork roast.
Prep Time: 20 minutes.
Cook Time: 10 minutes
