Sauerkraut Salad Servings: 8

1 large can Frank's kraut Drained
1 Cup chopped Onion
1 Cup chopped Celery
1 Cup chopped Bell pepper
1 small jar Pimentos Drained
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
3/4 Cup Canola oil
- Combine kraut,Onion,Celery,Pepper,Pimentos,and Sugar.
Mix Vinegar and Canola Together
and pour over mix and refrigate
for Two hour's Will keep for a week or more. Enjoy
