2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1 cup fine breadcrumbs
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 lg. can "Frank's Sauerkraut"
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 bottle chilli sauce
- Mix together the first 4 ingredients and make into 35 meatballs. Place in the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
- Mix well the next 4 ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.--uncovered.
- You can make these the day before and bake for 1 hour--then finish the last hour when you want to serve them. (They freeze well)
