Sasage and Saurkraut with Pirogies

Bacon
Onions
Pirogies
Veggies
- Place desired number of sausage in fry pan,turning until desired effect of browning.
- Rinse desired amount of saurkraut to remove excess salt.(I use my homemade kraut)
- Place saurkraut in pan with sausage and reduce heat until browned to your liking.
- Place frozen pirogies in boiling water, with a bit of butter added, until they rise to the top.
- Chop onions and bacon into oiled pan and sautee.Then put the pirogies into this and fry together until lightly browned.
- Serve hot with favorite veggies.
Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: 30 min.
