2 small flour tortillas
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 lb. Sliced pastrami
1 cup Fresh sauerkraut
5 oz. Shredded Jack or mild cheese
- Lightly toast both tostadas in toaster oven
- Spread mustard on each tortilla
- Cover each with slices of pastrami
- Add sauerkraut on top of meat
- Top with shredded cheese
- Bake in toaster oven 5 - 7 min. @ 350 degrees until bubbly.

Cook Time: 7 minutes
