one 8 0z can of sour kraut
one onion
one peper ,red or green
one big tomato
three green onion or small bunch of chives
1 clove of garlic
white peper
1 small container of sour cream
1 spoon olive oil

  1. drain kraut, cut veggies small. mash the garlic.
     
  2. add olive oil to cast iron frying pan. warm but do not cook,just wilt the veggies and kraut in cast iron fry pan.
     
  3. when all in pan is warm add sour cream and white peper
     
  4. eat with can of sardine, and nice bread and butter
