scalloped sauerkraut & potatoes

1, 14 oz. can of sauerkraut
6 to 8 potatoes, peeled & sliced thin
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of milk
- butter casserole dish
- pour sauerkraut in dish, & spread evenly around
- layer sliced potatoes over sauerkraut
- mix milk with mushroon soup, and pour over potatoes.
- bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour, or untill potatoes are done.
Prep Time: about 15 min.
Cook Time: about 1 hour
