1-1/2 cups rye cracker crumbs
1/4 cup plus 2 T melted butter
2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup flour
1 8-oz. bottle Thousand Island Dressing
1 8-oz. can sauerkraut, well drained
1 10 oz. can corned beef, well broken up
4 eggs
- 1. Put crumbs and butter in a 9-inch springform pan. Mix well and press into place.
- 2. Whip cream cheese til fluffy. Add eggs, beat well.
- 3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix til well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
- 4. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Cover and chill to serve.
