8oz. can sauerkraut
1 onion
1 carot
1 tomato
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
2 slice of stale bread
dash of olive oil
sour cream
- get out you cast iron fry pan
- dice the veggies small,add oil and cook, but do not brown
- drain kraut juice on stale bread, then squeeze bread
- when veggies are soft,add drained krat
- mix bread and sour cream add salt and peper
- eat with fruit and bread
- your bapcha will like some to!
