Kraut Salad

one large can suerkraut
1 cup celery
1 cup green pepper
1 cup onion
1 tsp. celery seeds
- Drain one large can kraut, cover with water. Cook 20 mins. drain again
- Add the one cup of celery, peppers, onions adn celery seeds.
- Heat 1 & 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup salad oil and 1/2 bup vinegar. Pour over misture.
- Mix and store covered in refridgerator.
- Needs to be made a day ahead.
Prep Time: 20 mins.
Cook Time: to a boil.
