2 c. sauerkraut, well drained
1 medium onion green onions,chopped
2 to 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 c. pimiento filled olives ,chopped
2 Tbs. olive oil
- Mix well and chill. This goes well with coldcuts of your choice in a loaf of pita bread.
