Grandma's Sauerkraut Casserole Servings: 8

12 oz. egg noodles
1 large can Frank's quality kraut
1-3 T caraway seed
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large onion
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
- cook noodles as directed, drain
- saute onion in butter
- drain kraut
- mix everything except cheese together and put in 9X13" glass cake pan
- sprinkle cheese on top, cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees
- Note: add a touch or a bunch of brown sugar, pepper, or mustard as you please!
- Serve hot!
