Ananaskraut (Pineapplekraut)

1 can of Pineapplechunks
1 large can of Sauerkraut
1/2 - 1 tablespoons of butter

  1. This is a very easy one. We did it at the hotel at least once a week!
     
  2. 1) The size of the can of pineapples is not important. If you want it sweeter, you use a bigger can.
     
  3. 2) Put the Sauerkraut from the can into a drainer and rinse.
     
  4. 3)Saute the drained Sauerkraut in the butter.
     
  5. 4) Add the pineapples and heat through. That's it. very simple, very tasty. Customers used to love it.
     

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: just a few minutes until heated through
