Ananaskraut (Pineapplekraut)

1 can of Pineapplechunks
1 large can of Sauerkraut
1/2 - 1 tablespoons of butter
- This is a very easy one. We did it at the hotel at least once a week!
- 1) The size of the can of pineapples is not important. If you want it sweeter, you use a bigger can.
- 2) Put the Sauerkraut from the can into a drainer and rinse.
- 3)Saute the drained Sauerkraut in the butter.
- 4) Add the pineapples and heat through. That's it. very simple, very tasty. Customers used to love it.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: just a few minutes until heated through
