  1. Heat sauerkraut over low-medium heat, add caraway seeds to taste.
     
  2. Add a tablespoon of roux to thicken kraut juice in pan.
     
  3. Stir to distribute roux evenly, add more roux if you need to thicken more, to gravy-like consistency.
