Sauerkraut Sausage Casserole |

Ingredients
2 large cans sauerkraut
package of polish sauage smoked
1 large onion
2 tablespoons prepared chopped garlic
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
drain sauerkraut. then add water to sauerkraut in a pan to cover. this is to soak for about 20 minutes-- then drain
slice sausage into slices slice onions
place all ingredients into a greased flat baking dish-- place sausage on the top. dab with butter.
bake for 30 minutes at 350.
