Grandma's Sauerkraut Casserole |

Ingredients
12 oz. egg noodles
1 large can Frank's quality kraut
1-3 T caraway seed
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large onion
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
cook noodles as directed, drain.
saute onion in butter.
drain kraut.
mix everything except cheese together and put in 9X13" glass cake pan.
sprinkle cheese on top, cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees.
Comments
Note: add a touch or a bunch of brown sugar, pepper, or mustard as you please!
Serve hot!
