Creamed Sauerkraut

Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 141/2oz can of mushroom soup
1 TBL caraway seeds,crushed
1tsp white pepper
1/2 cp chopped onion
2 tsp chicken boullion
1 tsp oil
1/2 cp water

Directions

Open and drain kraut. Rinse well. Heat up a nonstick pan.(if you have one) Or use another type, only add more oil. Heat oil up and add onions. Sautee' till alomst golden. Add everything except the soup. Simmer for half an hour with the lid on. Add the soup and stir till all is coated. Simmer another 15-20 min. without the lid. Serve hot.
