Scalloped Sauerkraut & Potatoes |

Ingredients
1, 14 oz. can of sauerkraut
6 to 8 potatoes, peeled & sliced thin
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of milk
Directions
butter casserole dish
pour sauerkraut in dish, & spread evenly around
layer sliced potatoes over sauerkraut
mix milk with mushroon soup, and pour over potatoes.
bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour, or untill potatoes are done.
Time to prepare
about 15 min. Cook Time: about 1 hour
