Nan's Sauerkraut |

Ingredients
One jar "Frank's Quality Kraut"
1/2 cup Goose Fat grease (Turkey or Duck)
2 tablespoons Fresh Garlic
1 strip, diced Bacon
1 cup diced Onion
1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Caraway Seed
Directions
Brown onion and bacon in goose grease.
Add in sauce pot, all ingredients, including all grease.
Cover and simmer at least two hours(the longer the better, day before and reheat day of for best results).
Brown sugar to taste.
Time to prepare
30 minutes. Cook Time: Two hours, minimum
