DATL's famous kielbasa boats

Ingredients

2 pkgs kielbasa (can use turkey kielbasa)
4 potatoes (white or red)
sauerkraut sweet or your choice
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Peel potatoes dice and boil for 15 min in water. Mash when done with 2 tablespoons butter and a bit of milk to make mashed potatoe consistency

Take kielbasa out of packages cut each in half and in half again, to make 4; slice down the middle of each and lay on greased cookie sheet. You will have 8 total boats.

Layer each kielbasa boat with aproximately 1/4 cup sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheese as desired on top.

Bake in 375 oven for 20-25 min.

Time to prepare

15 min. Cook Time: 15 potatoes and 20 min for kielbasa boats.
