Beer Cheese |

Ingredients
8 oz finely grated cheddar cheese
16 oz finely grated Swiss cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. pepper
1 cup beer
1cup sauerkraut, undrained
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients except beer.
Add sauerkraut, mixing well with your hands to a smooth texture. If necessary add more sauerkraut juice for a smooth blend.
Cover and refrigerate. Serve at room temperature.
